Our office is located in Conway, which is our county seat and the legal headquarters for Myrtle Beach, Conway, Garden City, Surfside Beach, North Myrtle Beach, Loris, Aynor and all other areas of Horry County. Bordering Horry County is Georgetown County, with Murrells Inlet, Pawleys Island and Litchfield Beaches. Marion and Dillon Counties are also adjacent to Horry County. These are areas of practice for Singleton, Burroughs & Young, P.A. Horry County lie within South Carolina's 15th Judicial Circuit, and our firm's offices are located at 1303 Third Avenue, adjacent to the Horry County Government and Justice Center.
